Overview
Seeking an experienced Digital/Agile Project Manager to drive the project management of the digital transformation of my client’s B2B ecosystem. This includes the redevelopment of its Corporate Website Platform and the ongoing development of its Services Portal. You will play a pivotal role in bringing this to life online, leading the coordination of the project team, web development partners and Digital Content specialists to deliver a seamless and fully integrated website, and collaborating closely with the internal ICT team. You will ensure the project is structured to support streamlined workflows, scalable processes, and effective communication frameworks—helping the team achieve greater operational efficiency and deliver an enhanced stakeholder experience.
A core responsibility will be leading the preparation and delivery of detailed project documentation, including plans, progress reports, and analysis, to keep the stakeholders and steering group informed and enable timely decision-making for the successful delivery of a new corporate website that will effectively present a wide range of business supports for B2B users and service the wider audience of the site.
Deliverables
* All business requirements gathered, prioritized, and documented in alignment with agile release and sprint goals.
* Information architecture, user journeys, wireframes, and designs completed, approved, and implemented.
* Content plan executed; content created, curated, or reused to standard.
* User acceptance testing completed with all critical defects resolved prior to go-live.
* Website launched on schedule with a successful critical care period and documented lessons learned.
* Monthly governance reports submitted to the steering group with 100% compliance.
Skills / Qualifications
* At least 5 years proven project delivery experience.
* Strong Agile and Digital Transformation background.
* PMP or Prince 2 Certified.
* Proven track record coordinating a project team to successfully deliver an enterprise level website or digital project.
* Experience in public sector or professional services highly sought after.
