Your impact
Jacobs is seeking an experienced CQV Project Planner to support and report directly to the Project Planning Lead. This role is critical to the successful delivery of complex pharmaceutical projects and requires a strong blend of technical capability, planning expertise, and stakeholder coordination.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the Project Planning Lead in the development, maintenance, and delivery of comprehensive CQV project schedules.
* Lead, chair, and facilitate Interactive Planning and coordination meetings to drive alignment across project teams.
* Interface effectively with subcontractors, ensuring clarity of scope, schedule expectations, and progress reporting.
* Establish and manage an earned value progress reporting system to track performance and support project controls.
* Interpret and integrate engineering deliverables, drawings, and design documentation into project schedules.
* Collaborate closely with wider project controls functions, ensuring alignment with tender milestones, contract milestones, and extension-of-time evaluations.
* Support design deliverable planning and subcontractor mobilisation activities.
* Work effectively within a multi user Primavera P6 environment, ensuring schedule integrity and version control.
Here's what you'll need
* Minimum 10 years' experience in project planning, with a strong focus on CQV (Commissioning, Qualification & Validation).
* Extensive pharmaceutical industry experience, with a clear understanding of regulatory and technical requirements.
* Proven track record in CQV project planning and delivery on large-scale or complex projects.
* Strong technical acumen with the ability to read, interpret, and integrate engineering drawings and deliverables.
* Solid understanding of project controls processes and contracting interfaces.
* Proficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
* Experience working in a multi-user P6 environment.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
* Experience with Last Planner systems and methodologies is highly desirable.
