Internationally we export some 240 different products to over 100 countries worldwide.The Group’s Agribusiness Division (Lakeland Agri) operates a state-of-the-art Animal Feed Manufacturing Facility and is a leading and innovative provider of the highest quality feeds and agricultural inputs to dairy, beef, and sheep farmers across the north and south of Ireland.The RoleThis position is a pivotal support role within the Commercial team, combining office management, administrative coordination, and project support. The role ensures the smooth running of the CFI division while contributing to key commercial initiatives such as customer portal management, tender submissions, pricing strategy and trade show logistics.Key Responsibilities (Not Limited to):Liaising with head office and customers with respect to any issues encountered on a day-to-day basis and responding in a timely manner.Ensure all customer portals are managed and responded to in a timely manner, circulating relevant information within the business as needed. Assisting with all on line tender documentation and customer set up.Lead strategic projects for the CFI team, including defining and rationalising the CFI pricing strategy.Liaise with AR/AP, Care, purchasing and operations regarding new listing, nominated lines and promotional and seasonal cyclesCoordinating with customer service and the various head office operations teams on service levels.Administration of commercial account projects to ensure timely and effective completion.Qualifications and ExperienceStrong IT proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is essentialExperience working with an ERP system (ideally SAP) would be advantageous.Previous experience in a similar administrative role is desirable but not essential.Fluent in English (written and spoken) is essential.
