The Senior Manager, MT SC Regional Data Workstream Lead will be a part of the MT SC Data and Analytics Solutions team, leading the Master Data EMEA regional deployments across people, process, and technology as a key enabler to the overall MedTech ERP transformation. This role will collaborate as part of a regional deployment core team, driving a multi-year, complex global program focused on EMEA deployment execution. The individual will be linked into the Transformation organization, a multi-year global business transformation initiative that aims to modernize supply chain digital capabilities by harmonizing over 40 major global MT ERP systems, standardizing core business processes, and enabling an integrated data strategy through SAP S/4 HANA. This is a 24-month role covering the full EMEA OTC deployment roadmap.
The role will work alongside the EMEA OTC regional deployment team, coordinating critical master data activities to ensure successful deployment, including governance, data conversion, migration, load execution, and implementing new master data management processes. It also involves supporting local and regional data readiness activities, managing change impact mitigation, and ensuring business readiness for new data management models. The role requires a blend of technical knowledge of data systems and business understanding of how data supports core processes across various functions.
As a Senior Manager, MT SC Regional Data Workstream Lead, you will combine business insights, project management skills, and technical expertise to execute the master data deployment plan, ensuring milestone achievement and managing interdependencies. The role involves overseeing governance, data migration, change management, and business readiness, working closely with design and build teams to align organizational changes and new ways of working. Effective communication and stakeholder engagement are essential.
Key Responsibilities
* Defining, executing, and governing the master data deployment plan for all EMEA OTC regional deployments.
* Driving execution, managing interdependencies, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure successful deployment.
* Working with technical experts to operationalize data governance and roles.
* Managing complex environments with diverse teams and contractors.
* Leading with a service-oriented mindset, supporting team success.
* Providing regular status updates to stakeholders and leadership.
* Collaborating with various functions to ensure data integration and process alignment.
* Supporting data governance, controls, and risk mitigation strategies.
* Ensuring quality and timely delivery of project milestones, escalating risks as needed.
* Developing and communicating project status and issues effectively.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree required.
* Minimum 5 years of experience with ERP SAP and supply chain data projects in multinational companies, including master data management.
* Leadership experience in large-scale data transformation initiatives.
* At least 3 years of experience in data lifecycle management, governance, and standards.
* Minimum 3 years of project management and data management experience.
* Technical knowledge of database architecture, APIs, and error handling.
* Experience with data tools like Informatica, Collibra, Talend, SAP MDG, Reltio, SAP BODS preferred.
* Excellent communication skills for technical and executive audiences.
* Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.
* Knowledge of standardized processes, tools, and templates.
* High digital and business acumen, including ERP workflows.
* Willingness to travel up to 20% domestically and internationally.
