Kilronan Castle are expanding their Bar Team and we have an exciting opportunity for someone to kickstart their career in Hospitality.
Opportunities are available on a full-time and part-time basis. Weekend availability essential.
As a Bar Tender you will be required:
* To always give best possible service behind Bar or on the floor & adhere to company standards of service.
* To ensure all areas are serviced & cleared as appropriate.
* To ensure that all equipment is used for the purpose for which it is designed.
* To give fullest co-operation to the Operations/F&B Manager in running an efficient operation.
* To ensure sound communications with all staff and management.
* To ensure that all staff adhere to the liquor licensing laws and regulations.
* To ensure that complaints are handled in an efficient, prompt, guest satisfying way in the absence of the Operations/F&B Managers, and results are later communicated to those Managers.
* To ensure that all possible guest requirements are fulfilled before service begins.
* To take every care to ensure highest possible standard of service through staff training.
* To serve at table or behind Bar as required.
* To ensure minimum loss through breakage, waste & theft.
* To ensure that total honesty is shown at all times towards employer and guests by yourself.
* To ensure all Shift Reports are completed correctly & drops & floats counted correctly.
* To maintain a responsible attitude towards all Company assets and general stock items in the department, and to ensure that all staff show a similar responsible attitude.
* To monitor stock for the bar and liaise all ordering with the Operations / F & B Manager.
* To wear clean, suitable uniform and name badge at all times and insure other bar staff are following suit.
* To ensure a high standard of personal hygiene and grooming and ensure other bar staff are doing same.
* To ensure that the quality of product and quality of presentation is maintained at the highest possible standard at all times in the department.
* To participate in both internal and external training as required.

Pay: €13.50-€14.50 per hour
