* Lead software development teams with 6+ years of experience in hands-on software development, with expertise across Java, Springboot, and REST API design and implementation.
* Mentor wider teams with 3+ years in a Lead role, providing guidance and support to help them grow and succeed.
* Develop SPA's using React and have a solid understanding of relational databases.
* Refine engineering best practices and processes, ensuring they are efficient and effective.
* Work in an Agile environment, integrating AI/ML and GenAI technologies.
