Job Description
Key Duties and Responsibilities
* Manage guest enquiries and reservations, ensuring that their needs and wants are met to the highest standard.
* Give details of hotel facilities and pricing information.
* Upsell other areas of the hotel.
* Ensure expectations are set correctly, in advance of the guest's stay.
* Office administration as required
Requirements:
* 1-year previous experience in a reception/reservations role in a hotel
* Previous experience using Hotsoft a distinct advantage
* Excellent customer care skills
* Excellent command of the English language both written and oral is essential
* Highly motivated, and a team player.
