Key responsibilities:offer technical assistance and troubleshoot issues for SAJ's clients, including residential customers, commercial and industrial solar companies, and EPC contractors. This support is provided via telephone, email, on-site visits, and web conferencing.Perform field services related to pre-commissioning, commissioning, maintenance tasks, fault diagnostics, and repairs.Gather and organize information on the PV and Energy Storage System (ESS) markets.Train and support regional service engineers and service partners to ensure high-quality service.Deliver remote customer support through phone and email communication.Plan and coordinate tasks, working with other business units to ensure timely job completion.Respond to and resolve a variety of on-site technical issues quickly and accurately, summarizing site and fault data for feedback to Research & Development (R&D) and quality departments.Liaise with service, sales and repair center departments to ensure cases are dealt with efficientlySkills and Experiences Required:Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering.Possess experience in a technical support or customer service role within the solar industry.Have practical experience with PV inverters, battery repairs, and commissioning processes.Exhibit excellent time management and organizational skills.Demonstrate teamwork and meticulous attention to detail.Show a strong ability to multitask, with excellent follow-up skills and thorough attention to detail.Take responsibility for your work and maintain a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.Professional skill of EnglishJob Type: Full-timePay: €3,500.00-€4,500.00 per monthApplication question(s):Do you need the working Visa sponsorship?Do you have solid knowledge of Inverter and batterry productsDo you have any working experience in solar industryLicence/Certification:B Driving Licence (required)Work Location: Hybrid remote in Drumgeely, Shannon, CO.
