I'm looking for a Showroom Sales Specialist to join a leading tile and bathroom brand as they launch their brand-new showroom in South Dublin. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a genuine interest in interior design and a passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience. As well as competitive base salary this role also offers commission.
Key responsibilities
* Engage with customers across multiple channels—phone, email, and in-person—to handle enquiries, process orders, and support designers and architects with their project needs.
* Deliver standout product advice, using your knowledge and design awareness to guide customers and maximise every sales opportunity.
* Achieve and exceed sales targets through confident upselling and a customer-focused approach that builds trust and long-term relationships.
* Prepare quotes, manage sales orders, and respond to queries promptly to maintain an exceptional customer experience.
Key requirements
* Previous experience in bathroom or tile sales
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Strong attention to detail and a highly organised work style.
* A calm and customer-focused attitude.
