Senior Quantity Surveyor - €90-110K + Package
County Dublin, Republic of Ireland
Role
* Manage all aspects of quantity surveying duties for construction projects.
* Prepare and submit valuations, variations, and final accounts.
* Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
* Provide commercial advice to project teams.
* Ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
Requirements:
* 7+ years of Quantity Surveying experience.
* Experience within residential construction.
* Strong knowledge of construction contracts and regulations.

* This role will be site based and location is flexible.
