1. Manage and lead a team in delivering high-quality civil engineering designs, incorporating pavement systems, underground drainage, utilities, and earthworks.
2. Develop impactful presentations and provide clear, concise technical updates directly to clients on a daily basis.
3. Collaborate with project managers, technical leads, construction management teams, and contractors to ensure seamless project coordination.
4. Ensure timely delivery of civil engineering designs while maintaining exceptional standards.
5. Contribute to the growth and innovation of the Civil Engineering Department by challenging existing norms, promoting best practices, and advocating for sustainable design solutions.
