Social Care Professional
Our team is seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to deliver therapeutic care to young people aged 12-17.
The successful candidate will provide high-quality support while shaping the service culture and direction.
We require a qualified Social Care Worker with a level 7 qualification or higher in CORU-approved Social Care Work, Psychology, Youth & Community Work, Nursing, or Teaching. The ideal candidate must be CORU registered or have their application submitted.
* Establish strong relationships with young people and provide daily care and support for personal development.
* Lead keyworking sessions linked to individual Care Plans and advocate for each young person's voice, rights, and welfare.
* Promote school attendance, training, and medical engagement, and plan and participate in activities, outings, and routines.
* Liaise with families and professionals, attend planning meetings, and maintain high standards of documentation and compliance.
* Support daily household tasks, budgeting, and meal planning, and engage in regular training, supervision, and reflective practice.
* Act as a Mandated Person and uphold safeguarding responsibilities.
Competitive salary range: €37,500 - €41,000 (DOE), Full-Time: €42,000 - €46,000 (DOE).
