Role Overview:
We're seeking a
Technical Support Engineer – UX
to join a high-performing support team that delivers exceptional service and technical solutions to enterprise customers. This role involves working closely with UI technologies, debugging complex issues, and ensuring a seamless end-user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Investigate and resolve customer issues related to UI/UX functionality in web and mobile applications.
* Read and debug JavaScript and Java code to identify and fix defects or inconsistencies.
* Use browser developer tools and logging frameworks (e.g., Splunk) for troubleshooting.
* Collaborate with engineering and product teams to escalate and resolve complex problems.
* Document known issues, solutions, and best practices to build internal knowledge bases.
* Deliver excellent customer support while balancing multiple priorities and cases.
Required Skills and Experience:
* Proven experience in
UI development or technical support
involving web or mobile interfaces.
* Proficiency in
at least two
of the following: CSS, AJAX, ReactJS, GraphQL, AngularJS, or mobile app development.
* Strong debugging skills in
Java
and
JavaScript
(reading code is a must; writing is a plus).
* Solid troubleshooting using
browser developer tools
.
* Familiarity with
cloud or web-based applications
.
* Scripting experience in
JavaScript, Python, Perl, Unix Shell, or Windows Shell
.
* Working knowledge of
relational databases
such as MySQL or Oracle.
* Experience with
Linux/Unix
or
Microsoft Server
environments.
* Ability to understand complex technical issues and communicate solutions clearly.
Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Skills:
* Prior experience in supporting SaaS or enterprise software platforms.
* Exposure to debugging tools and environments such as
Eclipse

, or
SauceLabs
.
* Experience in performance diagnostics and issue analysis.
