Total Hours : 30 hoursDays per week: Monday – Friday, 8.00 am pmLocation: 424/425, Cork Road Industrial Estate, Cork Rd, Ballynaneashagh, WaterfordJob RequirementsHave excellent interpersonal, communication skills.Strong problem-solving skills.You will be enthusiastic and self-motivating and have the ability to handle multiple tasks in a customer focused environment.Good customer facing skills.To be flexible and have a hard-working and dedicated approach to the position and service which ISS provides to the Customer.The ability to work as part of a team as well as on your own to achieve results.Possess a strong awareness of Health and Safety in the workplace.Job ObjectivesPerform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting etcVisual inspections & ensuring that areas are clean & tidy, and free of any rubbish/wasteMaintain services and operations to meet quality standardsEnsure health and safety standards are upheld and accident reporting is completed in a timely manner.Ensure all waste is collected and deposited in accordance with client and ISS standards.Ensure all documentation is completed correctly and kept up to dateWorking in a safe manner, always ensuring good housekeeping.Complete all training, toolbox talks, RAMS for GO tasks.PracticalEnsure high standard of cleaning as directed by managementUse of cleaning equipment & Care of equipment.Customer RelationsEncourage good relations with all clients on contract sitePromptly deal with any queries or complaintsTrainingPartake in basic induction training for new staffPartake in ongoing training on siteCooperate with safe working practices (manual handling/safe use of chemicals etc)HSEQRead, understand and work in accordance with the company's HSEQ Policies.Complete tasks in accordance with company HSEQ procedures and work instructionsEnsure safe work practices and procedures are followed on siteUse of Personal Protective Clothing and EquipmentCompany OverviewBe Who You Are.
