Day Care Specialist
This is a key role within our organization that requires a dedicated and skilled individual to provide high-quality care services for children.
* To support the provision of full-time day care services by maintaining a safe, engaging and stimulating environment.
* Conducting observations and creating learning stories for assigned children are essential responsibilities of this position.
* Additional duties include performing other reasonable tasks as assigned to support the team and meet service requirements.
Duties & Responsibilities
* The role involves supporting children's emotional, social, physical, and cognitive development through play-based activities and Aistear and Siolta principles.
* Collaboration with colleagues to plan and implement daily activities that promote learning and growth.
Requirements
* A relevant Fetac Level 5 or equivalent qualification in childcare is mandatory for this position.
* Previous experience working in childcare environments is desirable but not essential.
* A passion for working with children and dedication to providing high-quality care are key attributes required for success in this role.
