We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Business Operations Coordinator to support the Director of Sales in ensuring the smooth execution of commercial activities and strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage daily operational tasks, including proactive calendar management—scheduling high-impact meetings, coordinating strategic planning sessions, and ensuring alignment across internal and external stakeholders to maximize the Director's time and focus.
* Coordinate travel arrangements for the Sales Director and manage their schedule.
* Prepare meeting materials, setup rooms, and arrange refreshments as required.
* Maintain email communications on behalf of the Sales Director where necessary.
* Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
* Monitor key actions and deliverables across the sales team.
* Liaise with the Commercial Enablement Manager to support onboarding new team members and internal coordination.
* Assist in the preparation of tender submissions for both Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.
* Support strategic sales and commercial projects from planning to execution.
* Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation.
