IT Support Engineer Career
We are seeking recent graduates to join our team as a Graduate IT Support Engineer.
Our 2-year career starter program is designed for individuals with a passion for technology and a desire to learn and grow.
As a Graduate IT Support Engineer, you will start as a Level 1 Helpdesk Engineer learning the fundamentals of IT support client interaction and troubleshooting.
Through hands-on experience and mentorship, you will progress to Level 2 with the opportunity to specialise in Infrastructure Networks or Cyber Security.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide first-level support to clients handling live technical issues across networking security cloud infrastructure and communications.
* Administer Office365 Teams SharePoint and Active Directory.
* Gain experience in monitoring systems troubleshooting and ensuring IT uptime.
* Work closely with senior engineers to escalate and resolve complex issues.
* Develop essential client-facing skills managing customer expectations and providing excellent service.
Requirements
A 3rd level qualification in a technical discipline is preferred but not required. We are looking for strong problem-solving skills and a proactive team-oriented attitude.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal are essential for success in this role.
