The HR Advisor will be responsible for providing reliable and commercially focused HR and Employment Law advice to clients via phone, handling queries from general to complex. The role includes participation in an excellent training program and potential for post-graduate qualification.

The role involves a 37.5 hour week, working 5 days out of 7, including shifts between 7am and 9pm. The core shift is 9am-5:30pm, with occasional variations and weekend work. Once trained, there may be requirements for on-call rosters.
The HR Advisor's responsibilities include:
* Providing high-quality advice to clients, either through email or phone, in a productive manner.
* Receiving and resolving client calls regarding HR issues and queries, such as absence management, grievances, and disciplinaries.
* Supplying supporting documentation to clients to assist in implementing provided advice.
* Utilising expert HR and employment law knowledge to develop clear answers for clients.
* Reviewing client documentation and providing advice while considering internal terms and conditions.
* Maintaining adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
To be considered, applicants must possess:
* Strong employment law knowledge through studies or work experience.
* CIPD qualification or equivalent experience in the workplace.
* Previous experience in KPI/target driven environments, preferably in shared service centres.
* Able to multitask, prioritise workload, and maintain organisation under pressure.
* Excellent communication skills.
