- Friday, 37.5hrs pw Location: Dublin 12 We are seeking a motivated Trade Counter Agent to join one of our clients, a leading distributor of electronics and industrial products.In this role, you will be a key driver of customer satisfaction and sales at the clients onsite trade counter.You will engage directly with customers, provide expert advice, manage orders, and identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell from our clients extensive product range.Key Responsibilities: Deliver excellent customer service and advice at the trade counter.Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products.Manage stock, including stock-taking and replenishment.Handle collections, returns, and local recalibration services.Support merchandising initiatives and maintain a well-organized counter.Skills & Experience: Previous retail or customer-facing experience.Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.Good communication skills and basic IT proficiency.Team player with a proactive approach.Benefits: Competitive salary + up to 5% quarterly bonus.Generous annual leave, pension, and health insurance.Cycle to work & travel pass schemes.
