Graduate Programme Overview
Your journey starts here In joining CBRE's Next Generation Graduate Scheme, you will be shaping the future of Commercial Real Estate. Our Graduate programme runs for 3 years and provides you with the opportunity to work across 3 departments within your chosen pathway as well as work with market leaders and specialists in their field who will share invaluable knowledge and experience with you.
Pathways
We offer two graduate routes, each with development and experience tailored to the career path you choose. These are the Property Graduate Programme and the Non-Property Graduate Programme. Each route gives you fundamental experience in relevant departments that span a whole range of property-related advisory and transactional services. These include areas that are experts in Agency, Asset Management, Capital Markets and Valuation.
Property Graduate Programme
* On our Graduate Rotation Programme, you will receive top class mentoring, training and
support from some of the best people in the industry, along with the experience and know-how that only comes from years of working in a world-leading company. In fact, some of the most senior members of our team started out on our Graduate Programme.
Non-Property Graduate Programme
* We welcome candidates from any degree discipline onto this programme. You will still complete your APC within the 3-year time frame like the other graduates, but in addition you will complete a Part-time SCSI accredited Masters over the 2 years paid for by CBRE. This is a fantastic opportunity to make an early entrance into a Real Estate career.

* A good team player
* Full Irish drivers license
* Attention to detail and accuracy
* Willingness to learn and develop skills
* Excellent IT skills (Word, Excel, MS Outlook, PowerPoint etc)
Education
Property
* Completed a BSc Degree in Property Economics or Equivalent
* Willingness to work towards the completion of their APC and becoming chartered
Non property programme
* Transferrable Honours Bachelor's degree
* Willingness to work towards the completion of their APC and becoming chartered.
