Position Overview
This is an exciting opportunity with a market leader in the automotive industry. We are seeking a strong sales professional to lead the South of Ireland sales for vehicle enhancement and finished vehicle services. If you have extensive knowledge of the automotive sector and a proven sales record, this role offers a broad and dynamic range of responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
* Support strategic business development activities across Ireland.
* Lead the sales tendering process in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
* Maintain a database of tender opportunities and potential clients.
* Conduct market research on OEM logistics activities and opportunities.
* Assist with account management and resolve client issues.
* Act as Account Manager for OEM, Importer, and Distributor clients.
* Develop industry knowledge in Finished Vehicle Logistics.
* Contribute to marketing initiatives, including social media, industry events, and collaboration with external agencies.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing.
* Valid driver’s license.
* At least three years of relevant sales experience.
* Strong analytical, logical thinking, and project management skills.
* Experience with tender processes and closing sales.
* High emotional intelligence, creativity, and marketing flair.
* Comfortable working across sales and marketing disciplines.
