We're thrilled to announce a fantastic new opportunity to join our team at Village Vets Kilmainham We're looking for a Animal care assistant/Front of House Receptionist split role to be the welcoming face of our veterinary practice.

The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented team player who will be the first point of contact for visitors at the clinic and would also have an interest in learning about animal care with the goal of progressing their career.
Responsibilities
* Greet all visitors and welcome them to the clinic.
* Answer and direct phone calls.
* Schedule appointments.
* Checking in patients.
* Collecting payments.
* Maintain records as necessary .
* Manage the receptionist area and assist with admin tasks as needed.
* Assist Vet nurses and Vets with patient care when necessary.
* Undertaking additional tasks as may be assigned.
Qualifications
* High school diploma or relevant work experience.
* Ability to maintain a positive attitude.
* Excellent communication skills.
* 2 or more years of front of house experience.
