About The Role
This newly created individual contributor position within the Global Regulatory Affairs Office reports to the Director of Strategic Validation Testing.
The successful candidate will bring proven expertise in financial services assurance and validation testing activities and will contribute to the design and execution of the remediation quality control/validation testing plan.
The scope includes regulatory, internal audit, and other significant remediation activities.
The candidate will build relationships with senior management and use technical proficiency to execute the remediation plan with alignment to regulatory expectations.

Technical / Operational
Establish and develop strong working relationships with key stakeholders
Design and execute the quality control/validation approach, ensuring documentation is clear, concise, and supports reviews
Identify and analyze risks, plan and prioritize validation tasks for on‑time delivery, conduct interviews, observe operations, and document processes and controls
Exercise responsibility over execution of assigned regulatory validation projects and deliverables to ensure work is performed promptly and accurately, including leading and overseeing the testing team
Understand business risks, controls, processes, relevant laws, regulatory rules, and the impact of systems within reviewed areas
Escalate and/or communicate with relevant stakeholders to discuss issues raised during quality control/validation activities and agree on a path forward for resolution
Qualifications
Several years of experience in financial services, with proven control testing experience in a financial institution or related consultancy
Experience in internal audit or risk management with Exchange depth in risk‑management frameworks
Superior analytical and MAKG organizational skills
