HR Generalist Location: Belfast, Northern Ireland (onsite) Salary: Up to £40,000 Contract: Full-time, Permanent Staffline Recruitment Ireland are currently seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our client's team in Belfast.

About the Role As HR Generalist, you'll play a key role in supporting and delivering core HR functions across the organisation.
Working closely with leadership and employees, you'll ensure best practice HR processes are implemented and maintained, fostering a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities Lead and support end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes Oversee performance management cycles and support line managers with appraisals and development planning Manage day-to-day employee relations, providing guidance and ensuring compliance with NI employment law Assist with policy development and implementation in line with HR best practices Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data Support HR initiatives and projects as required What We're Looking For Minimum of 3 years' experience in a senior HR Officer or Generalist role CIPD qualified Strong working knowledge of Northern Ireland/ Republic of Ireland employment law Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple HR tasks and deadlines A proactive, solutions-focused approach Sponsorship not provided with this opportunity.
