Role Summary:
* MES Project Manager is responsible for driving the MES project to a successful completion by performing all the following functions.
* Responsible for full lifecycle of MES program from initiation to completion.
* Organize weekly team meetings, monthly steering committees, and ad-hoc meetings as necessary
* Maintain documentation for weekly meetings and steering committees, including meeting minutes
* Maintain risk register and project plan
* Escalate risks to the program manager
* Maintain activity list.
* Apply IT project management methodologies and appropriate project management, organizational change management framework for MES projects.
* Successfully initiate plan execute and close all project deliverables as committed.
* Collaboratively work with Business Owners, Leaders, Stakeholders and Users/Site.
* End-to-end responsibility for MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems - TULIP) projects from project planning and resource allocation to on-time delivery within budget with high satisfaction of key stakeholders.
* Responsible for risk management, reporting and communication with steering committee.
Responsibilities:
* Responsible for managing the overall planning, execution and delivery of project.
* Developing estimate and plans to manage end-to-end project execution.
* Acting as the link between assigned program resources and key stockholders
* Ensuring project closure including completion of lessons learned and required documentation.
* Use disciplined project management methodologies to define scope, develop project plan and execute projects that adhere to guidelines and deliver within schedule.
* Responsible for tracking program/project status and managing program/project issues and risk.
* Monitoring program/ project on an ongoing basis, evaluating progress/quality managing issue resolution.
* Develop robust program/project risk management plans to ensure timely delivery, testing and completion of project with no impact to business continuity.
* Experience in managing complex enterprise level project.
* Experience implementation MES solution (TULIP) in the industry (Pharma industry is preferred) or relevant experience in process industry.
* Program/Project management skills. Knowledge of project management vocabulary and terminology. Training and understanding of project domain.
Key Qualification and Skill Set:
* End to end encompassing both business process understanding and technical expertise.
* Knowledgeable in MES best practices and understand the resources and efforts needed to deliver solutions.
* Should have Information Technology and Industry Experience. Pharma experience should be added advantage.
* Should have sound knowledge of programming, development, and architecting experience in software industries.
* Continuous improvement of project management processes and methodologies.
* Expert on MES topics and technologies that support the safe achievement of business requirement and goals.
* Should have 10+ technical program and project management experience.
* Should have worked as a program/project manager in a complete live production, software development lifecycle.
* Communicate extensively with key stakeholders to support active change and adoption management.
* Experience with MES TULIP or custom .NET based MES applications, or similar low-code MES platforms. will be preferred.
