Behavioural Specialist Job Opportunity
This role focuses on delivering high-quality behavioural support and intervention strategies for individuals with complex needs.
Main Responsibilities:
* We are seeking a skilled professional to develop and implement tailored behaviour support plans based on comprehensive assessments.
* The ideal candidate will utilise evidence-based practices, such as Positive Behaviour Support and ABA, to effectively manage behaviours of concern.
* As a key member of our team, you will provide guidance and supervision to colleagues, ensuring the highest standards of care.
* You will also establish strong relationships with external agencies to coordinate seamless care delivery.
Requirements:
* A postgraduate degree in Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA), Behavioural Science or an equivalent field is essential.
* We require candidates with significant hands-on experience working with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorder or mental health challenges.
* Expertise in conducting functional behaviour assessments, ABC assessments and data-driven interventions is crucial.
