The ideal candidate will be responsible for the following:-
* Reception - Dealing with customers
* Incoming Phone - proficient in dealing with four phone lines
* Processing sales orders and telesales
* Dealing with customer issues and queries
* Filing & office duties
* Acting as support to sales representatives and other departments
* All other general office duties that may arise
Qualifications and Skills
* Minimum 1-2 years experience in a similar role is essential
* Attention to detail is essential
* High organisational skills
* Ability to multi - task and prioritise
* High level of computer skills
* Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team
