You'll work closely with a Senior QS and play a crucial role in delivering homes that matter.What you'll do:Lead all QS duties: measurement, procurement, cost control, reporting, payments, and final accounts.Manage subcontractor procurement and MEAT analysis with confidence.Keep a close eye on progress on-site—document, report, and stay ahead of the curve.Drive accurate cash flow forecasts, valuations, and liabilities reporting.Ensure the numbers always reflect the true picture of the project.What you'll bring:A degree in Quantity Surveying plus solid post-grad experience.A sharp eye for construction detail (residential experience = big advantage).Negotiation skills that get results.Organised, detail-driven, and proactive—always one step ahead.Strong MS Office skills with the ability to turn data into insight.What's in it for you?
