Location: Connemara Coast Hotel, Coisméig Mór, Furbogh
The Connemara Coast Hotel invites applications for the vacant post of Leisure Centre Attendant.
Excellent organisational and leadership skills, a commitment to high standards, attention to detail, the drive and determination to be successful along with displaying a passion for the industry will mark out the successful candidate.
The Role Entails The Following Duties
* To ensure the Leisure Centre operates efficiently and effectively at all times and provide our guests and members with an excellent service.
* To ensure the safety and security of leisure centre guests at all times.
* To ensure the swimming pool and leisure area is cleaned and maintained to the required standards and Health and Safety regulatory standards.
* To assist persons attending the club, ensuring all are comfortable with the exercise equipment.
* To ensure the reception and leisure area is thoroughly cleaned, vacuumed and dusted daily to hygiene standards.
* To comply with all fire, safety and hygiene regulations.
* To record any maintenance within the leisure areas.
* To demonstrate consistently excellent guest care at all times.
* To handle customer queries, requests and complaints according to the hotel’s procedures.
About The Role
The Successful Candidate will possess the following:
* Commitment to Customer Service - Essential
* Lifeguard Qualification - Essential
* Swim Teacher Qualification - Desirable
* ITEC/NCEF Gym Instructor qualification -would also be advantageous.
* Pool Plant qualifications would also be advantageous.
