Role Responsibilities
Program & Delivery Leadership
Lead global MES programs and manage medium to large, multi‑disciplinary delivery teams
Own governance of program and project delivery, ensuring quality, timelines, budgets, and delivery standards
Collaborate with project managers and senior delivery leads to define milestones, sequence workloads, allocate resources, and control project costs
Report to leadership on project performance, KPIs, risks, and areas for improvement
Act as the primary escalation point for delivery and application‑related matters
Client Engagement & Stakeholder Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, vendors, partners, and stakeholders
Partner with business clients and internal teams to deliver multiple large‑scale MES programs
Work closely with business users to define needs and deliver solutions that create measurable value
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients across MES delivery and lifecycle phases
Lead MES strategy engagements, feasibility studies, assessments, and roadmap definition for clients
Support sales and account growth activities through technical leadership, solution shaping, and pre‑sales contributions
Partner with technical leads to support the design, development, documentation, and implementation of MES solutions across a growing client base
Technical MES Delivery
Lead the design and build of Manufacturing Batch Records (MBR)
Oversee MES implementation and integration with ERP systems and shop‑floor control equipment
Guide teams in gathering user requirements related to controlling and recording manufacturing activities
Ensure solutions align with industry best practices and regulated manufacturing environments
People Leadership & Capability Development
Ensure team capability and readiness by fostering a strong learning mindset and continuous skills development
Manage resource planning and utilisation across multiple fixed‑fee and T&M engagements
Mentor, coach, and support team members in their career development, including junior consultants
Provide ongoing guidance to ensure high performance and successful project delivery
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
7–10 years of MES / Operations experience within a highly automated Life Sciences manufacturing environment, with strong hands‑on experience in Rockwell PharmaSuite
Experience with MES platforms, preferably Rockwell PharmaSuite, or other life‑sciences‑compliant MES solutions
Strong working knowledge of FDA and GMP regulations, as well as the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and relevant support methodologies
Ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented, collaborative environment and actively foster team development and growth
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels
