As we continue to grow, we are investing in best-in-class financial planning systems to enhance forecasting, budgeting, and reporting across the group.
We are now seeking a Finance Systems Implementation Lead with proven experience in financial planning system deployments to lead the rollout of Oracle NetSuite Planning & Budgeting (NSPB). This is a 6-month fixed term contract role that will oversee the successful design, configuration, testing, and delivery of NSPB, ensuring the finance team is fully supported during and after implementation. The role will be based in our Head Office in Limerick.
Responsibilities
* Lead the end-to-end implementation of NSPB, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
* Map existing FP&A processes and design improved workflows for future use.
* Configure planning models, hierarchies, drivers, and reporting structures within NSPB.
* Act as the link between Finance, IT, and external implementation partners.
* Translate business needs into system design and reporting solutions.
* Provide project updates, highlighting risks and solutions.
* Develop and manage test plans, UAT scripts, and validation checks.
* Oversee data migration from legacy models into NSPB.
* Ensure readiness for go-live, including cutover and parallel runs.
* Deliver training sessions and prepare user documentation (guides, SOPs).
* Support finance teams through initial planning and forecasting cycles in NSPB.
* Drive smooth adoption and provide post-implementation support.
* Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency in FP&A processes.
* Recommend and implement best practice in reporting and forecasting.
* Ensure full documentation and system handover to the finance team.
Requirements
* Proven experience in FP&A system implementations, ideally with Oracle NSPB, Hyperion, or EPBCS.
* Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
* Hands-on system configuration and data integration experience.
* Advanced Excel and BI/reporting tool skills.
* Strong project management and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
* Experience delivering training and supporting finance teams through change.
