We are seeking a highly skilled Personal Lines Agent to deliver exceptional customer service and support.
Your Role
* Provide telephone-based support to customers on all aspects of general insurance underwriting, ensuring seamless policy management.
* Respond promptly to customer queries relating to our products in a timely manner.
* Retrain current customers to meet challenging business targets.
* Identify opportunities for additional policy benefits to enhance customer value.
* Build strong relationships with potential and existing customers through effective communication.
Key Skills and Qualifications
* Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
* Strong IT skills, utilizing MS Office products effectively.
* Minimum of 2 honours in Higher Level subjects in the Leaving Certificate or equivalent qualification.
* Experience in similar work environments, handling customer interactions.
* Completed or currently pursuing CIP as a minimum and/or ACII qualification.
