Mission:
Serve as the customer interface for quality matters in assigned P0 projects within the Product Group / Site.
Monitor and control conformity in the Modifications process.
Responsibilities:
* Ensure respect of the 4M matrix regarding product or process changes, and inform and obtain approval from customers for changes.
* Ensure CIP compliance, Build In Quality Standards, SPPC tracking and identification procedures, and transfer to suppliers via VRFs.
* Verify LLCs are used and respected.
* Update quality documents following product or process changes.
* Coordinate with Purchasing on supplier progress and issues, and propose solutions.
* Support activities related to internal and external supplier parts to assist Purchasing and SQA teams.
* For P0 Major: Prepare PVC with all necessary deliverables for decision-making.
* For P0 Minor: Prepare change management committee documentation.
* Participate in pre-FDPR and FDPR, collect issues, and open Project QRQCs.
* Prepare the internal Initial Sample file for validation and customer sign-off.
* Participate in project QRQC, complete assigned tasks timely, and maintain issue logs.
* Update project quality tracking charts, including convergence graphs.
* Ensure QRQC rules are followed, including 'Stop at first disagree/no'.
* Revise control plans after issues or test results.
* Initiate QRQCs for DV or PV test failures.
Requirements:
* Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
* At least 2 years of experience in Quality Engineering.
* Experience in the automotive industry is preferred.
