Account Managers leverage customer insights to help clients succeed using Meta's platforms. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in advertising agencies and/or account management. The role involves establishing, owning, and managing an expanding portfolio of agencies, focusing on driving revenue, product adoption, education, and customer satisfaction. The candidate should have an appetite for identifying and executing opportunities to scale services across other markets within EMEA. Success requires consultative sales and analytical skills, a client service focus, a consultative sales approach, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-focused environment with tight deadlines. This position is based at Meta's EMEA Headquarters in Dublin.
Account Manager - Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg
Responsibilities:
1. Manage a portfolio of clients, focusing on revenue growth and year-on-year expansion.
2. Upsell and cross-sell Meta products and best practices.
3. Build mutually beneficial relationships with advertisers to drive client satisfaction.
4. Identify growth opportunities and trends within client verticals.
Minimum Qualifications:
1. Currently hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree (or equivalent) or have equivalent experience.
2. 1-2 years of experience in customer sales, support, agency account management, or consulting.
3. Strong communication and presentation skills.
4. Experience in client management.
5. Ability to work with a team and adapt to a fast-paced, international environment with a passion for impact.
6. Ability to present key client issues effectively, advocating for the customer within Meta.
7. Ability to identify and leverage industry trends.
8. Critical thinking and analytical skills with an entrepreneurial, proactive mindset.
9. Effective prioritization and time management skills, even under pressure.
10. Fluency in English.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Fluency in Dutch is preferred but not required.
