We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, maintain operational efficiency, manage staff, and uphold quality and safety standards. This role requires strong leadership, organisational skills, and a passion for hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow
* Hire, train, and manage restaurant staff, including scheduling and performance management
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
* Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
* Oversee food quality, presentation, and customer service standards
* Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally
* Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to boost sales
* Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to enhance the guest experience
Requirements:
* Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
* Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
* Excellent problem-solving and organisational abilities
* Knowledge of restaurant management software and POS systems
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Preferred Qualifications:
* Certification in food safety or hospitality management
* Experience with budgeting and cost control
