This role entails a collaborative approach with production to ensure peak performance, focusing on problem-solving and proactive maintenance.
1. Primary support is provided to the production function, working closely with the electrical technician to optimize efficiency.
2. Mechanical issues affecting manufacturing plant operations are identified and resolved promptly.
3. The team collaborates daily on changeovers and start-ups.
4. Team members work together as part of an integrated production unit.
5. Preventive maintenance tasks and checks are completed regularly.
6. Preparation for and participation in weekly preventive maintenance meetings are essential.
7. Closely working with the Maintenance Manager, plant downtime is minimized, root cause analysis is conducted, and solutions are implemented effectively.
