* Organise home-based and campus-based care delivered to clients
* Manage the performance of the Personal Assistant and Home Support Worker teams
Key Responsibilities:
* Promote independence and autonomy in individuals with physical and sensory disabilities
* Foster a culture of respect, empathy and understanding among team members and service users
Requirements:
* Third-level qualification or equivalent in health and social care
* Minimum QQI Level 5 Care Skills and Care of the Older Person
* Supervisory Management Level 6 with 3 years management experience
* Full clean driving licence
* Experience of working with individuals with physical and sensory disability
