We are seeking a Fully Trained Master Technician for our Ford Store in Spirit Ford South Dublin who are fully authorised to live and work in Ireland without restriction.
Main Responsibilities
Carry out advanced diagnostics, repairs, and servicing to Ford Master Technician standards.
Provide technical support and guidance to other workshop colleagues.
Ensure all work is completed efficiently and to the highest manufacturer standards.
Use the latest Ford diagnostic and repair equipment to resolve complex issues.
Complete service documentation in line with warranty and dealer requirements.
Work closely with the Aftersales team to deliver outstanding customer service.
What Are We Looking For?
Strong experience in vehicle diagnostics, electrical systems, and hybrid/electric vehicles.
Ability to mentor and support junior technicians.
An organised, flexible team player with strong problem-solving skills.
Hold a full clean driver's licence.
