Job Title: Healthcare Assistant (HCA)
Location: Navan and surrounding areas
Hours: Full-Time & Part-Time Positions Available
Pay: Up to €17.00 per hour
This is a home care role - You will be visiting and supporting clients in their own homes in Navan.
Right to work: NO VISA SPONSORSHIP - all applicants must have the legal right to work in Ireland.

What is Home Care? As a Home Care Assistant, you’ll support people in their own homes, helping them stay independent and live with dignity in their community. You are not based in a hospital or nursing home; you travel from home to home within your local area.
Responsibilities
* Assisting with personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)
* Helping with meals and feeding support
* Providing companionship and emotional reassurance
* Light housekeeping (tidying, laundry, etc.)
* Supporting clients with mobility and transfers
* Accurately following and documenting care plans
* Encouraging independence, dignity, and wellbeing
Pay & Benefits
* Up to €15.00/hour for qualified and experienced carers
* Up to €17.00/hour on Sundays
* Double pay on Bank Holidays
* Bi-weekly pay
* Travel payment between client visits

Your Role Will Include

What You\'ll Need
We welcome both new and experienced carers who have:
QQI Level 5 modules in:
* Care Skills or Healthcare Support
* Care of the Older Person
OR
* 1+ year of care experience and a willingness to complete the two required modules (provided FREE by us)
* Good spoken and written English
* A full, Irish driving licence and access to a vehicle is required
* Legal right to work in Ireland - sponsorship not available
