With 4 Creches and Preschool services in Dublin, Kids Inc also operates over 60 onsite Breakfast and Afterschool Care programmes throughout the country.
Our Rathfarnham Centre is looking for an experienced and motivated Deputy Manager to join our team on a Full-Time basis (40 hours per week) .
This is a leadership role suited to an experienced Early Years Educator who is ready to take the next step in their career and support the overall management of the centre.
The Role: Support the Manager in the day-to-day running of the centre Ensure a safe, caring and engaging environment for all children Support staff, supervise rooms and ensure ratios are maintained Ensure compliance with Tusla regulations, Children First Act ****, and all relevant legislation Support the planning and implementation of programmes in line with Aistear and Siolta Build strong relationships with parents and guardians Support staff development, mentoring and performance standards Assist with centre administration, record keeping and compliance documentation Step into the Manager role when required What's in it for you?
