Our client, a leading professional services firm ranked in Ireland's Top 10, is seeking an Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst to join their high-performing Internal Finance team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded and analytically strong finance professional to develop their career within one of Ireland's fastest-growing professional services firms in a really interesting commercial role.
Working closely with the Head of Finance and wider internal team, you will play a key role in supporting strategic decision-making through insightful analysis, financial planning, and effective communication with senior stakeholders.
This role comes with hybrid working and excellent remuneration package.
Responsibilities
* Budgeting & Forecasting:
Lead financial planning processes across multiple business units.
* Financial Modelling:
Develop and maintain robust models to support scenario analysis and variance reporting.
* Reporting & Insights:
Deliver timely financial reports and dashboards to inform strategic decisions.
* Stakeholder Engagement:
Present insights to senior leadership, influencing key business decisions through data-driven recommendations.
Qualifications
* Degree-qualified in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related discipline (a professional accounting qualification is advantageous).
* 3+ years' experience in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
* Experience with a Professional Services environment would be advantageous.
* Strong analytical and technical capability, with proven experience translating complex data into actionable insights.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
