Junior – Senior Project Managers
Job Location: Dublin

Inform3 are recruiting for a leading Construction Consultancy looking for a Project Managers working on renewables/infrastructure projects based in Dublin.
They are seeking candidates at all levels ideally within the construction consultancy with a keen eye for detail.
Project Manager Requirements:
* Lead and manage construction projects from concept to completion.
* Develop and implement project execution plans, site constraint documents, and contract handbooks.
* Conduct feasibility assessments and technical due diligence.
* Coordinate with design teams to ensure alignment with project requirements.
* Oversee quality management procedures to maintain high standards.
* Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Project Manager Specification:
* Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Surveying.
* Preferably experienced within a Construction Consultancy, Client, or Developer role, though other experiences will also be considered.
* Background in Data Centres, Infrastructure, Renewables, Energy, and Pharma projects is a plus.
* Excellent leadership abilities.
* High level of proficiency in reporting.
* Skilled in preparing and analysing construction programmes.
* Experience in contract administration is a valuable asset.
* Exceptional communication and computer skills.
* A keen eye for detail.
* Enthusiastic and meticulous team player dedicated to exceeding expectations.
