Job Summary:
The Payroll and Compensation Lead role involves overseeing the payroll function and related activities, ensuring accurate and timely processing of payrolls. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing payroll processes and procedures
* Maintaining employee data records for accurate payroll processing
* Preparing budget forecasts with support from Finance team members
* Determining payroll accruals and preparing monthly journals
* Providing key performance indicators (KPI) reports and commentary
* Serving as the primary contact for payroll inquiries and collaborating with HR on payroll matters
* Completing statutory filings and reports as required
Compensation & Benefits Administration:
This role also involves management and administration of company benefits, including health insurance, pension plans, permanent health insurance, and death in service schemes. Responsibilities include renewals, rebroking, rates negotiation, market research, and preparation of annual benefit statements.
