As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for day-to-day management of your restaurant, ensuring high standards of food safety, health and safety, and internal audit compliance. You will lead a high-performing team, empower and motivate them to deliver exceptional guest experiences, and serve authentic Louisiana-style chicken.
Daily Responsibilities
* Manage and maintain financial accountability of the restaurant
* Lead your team, empowering and motivating them to achieve their best
* Ensure all food safety, health and safety, and internal audit standards are met
* Engage the workforce through efficient scheduling, development plans, and deliver excellence
* Complete and monitor daily administration, delivering financial controls within set targets
* Communicate effectively with the team, reporting manager, and support departments
