Employee Experience Specialist
We are seeking a skilled Employee Experience Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for monitoring support provided to employees and managers, ensuring compliance with service level agreements and key performance indicators.
* Resolve complex employee life cycle inquiries and issues
* Audit and maintain data quality in various systems
* Develop process documentation and support ongoing projects and initiatives
* Manage leave of absence cases and provide guidance on health matters
In addition to these responsibilities, the successful candidate will propose ways to improve existing policies and procedures and support the development of programs to promote wellness and reduce absenteeism across sites.
Requirements
* Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
