Join to apply for the Associate Analyst - Mediolanum Investment Academy 2026 role at Mediolanum International - Ireland. Applications are now open for Mediolanum Investment Academy (MIA) 2026, our fifth edition of the programme with successful candidates starting in September 2026. Over the course of 24 months you will gain broad experience across different areas of Investment within a leading Asset Manager in Dublin. You will work across our Investment Performance team during the programme and also take part in different projects. While our operations have grown, the team is still at a size where you will have the chance to get to know each different department and work alongside experienced investment professionals. You will develop an understanding of the different areas of investment and asset classes, giving you the opportunity to develop your knowledge and grow your career along the way. You will also work alongside key investment decision makers and receive mentoring and support throughout the programme and during your time at Mediolanum as we support your development and encourage your success. Responsibilities
 * Engage and work alongside analysts and portfolio managers in the ongoing monitoring of existing and prospective investments.
 * Collaborate with the Investment team as well as senior Investment professionals across different asset classes.
 * Contribute to portfolio analysis with a strong focus on asset allocation, performance and risk budgeting.
 * Develop your skills through on-the-job and ad hoc training.
 * Work on a number of Investment related projects to further develop your knowledge and skills.

Qualifications and Experience
 * A Bachelor (Hons) degree with a predicted degree classification of a 2:1 (or international equivalent) in Business, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Engineering or Applied Mathematics. Other degrees will also be considered depending on additional relevant experience.
 * A very strong interest in Investment and markets.
 * CFA Qualified or in the process of obtaining the CFA is highly advantageous.
