This is an exciting opportunity to play a central role supporting a CEO within a prestigious and well-established organisation based in Dublin City Centre.The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative, organisational, and governance support to the CEO, ensuring the smooth and effective operation of the CEO's Office.You will manage the day-to-day running of the CEO's Office, acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities include proactive diary and meeting management, handling correspondence and travel arrangements, preparing high-quality reports and briefing materials, coordinating governance meetings and compliance requirements, supporting senior-level events and ceremonies, assisting with recruitment and staff administration, processing invoices and purchase orders, and providing flexible support across the organisation as required.It is expected that you have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior Executive Assistant role with advanced MS Office skills, and experience in an educational or academic environment would be an advantage.
