Finery London is seeking a full-time Human Resources Specialist for a hybrid role based in Dublin, with partial work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, overseeing personnel processes, and providing operational support to ensure organizational effectiveness. The role also involves the development and management of HR strategies aligned with the company's goals while maintaining compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations.
Qualifications
* Experience in Human Resources (HR) and proficiency in HR Management.
* Knowledge of HR Policies and expertise in Employee Benefits administration.
* Strong understanding of Personnel Management and related processes.
* Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Certifications such as PHR, SHRM-CP, or CIPD Level 5 are an advantage.
