Role & Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day site operations on a large-scale student accommodation/apartment development Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, direct labour, and suppliers Ensure works are completed in line with programme, budget, and quality standards Maintain high levels of health & safety and site compliance Oversee inspections, snagging, and quality control through all stages of the build Liaise with project managers, design teams, consultants, and client representatives Monitor progress, resolve site issues, and drive productivity Requirements: Proven experience as a Site Manager on residential, apartments, or student accommodation projects Strong knowledge of construction sequencing and finishes for multi-unit developments Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills Ability to manage multiple trades and deadlines Strong commitment to health & safety Relevant construction qualifications and site certifications (Safe Pass, SMSTS or equivalent) Whats on Offer: Competitive salary and benefits package.
