The varied role will include providing a fantastic customer experience on all interactions both with the client and their stakeholders. We manage inbound and outbound calls, secure medical appointments while processing large volumes of data entry on new and existing applications. We manage a digital mail room in our Clonakilty offices where inbound and outbound correspondences are processed.You will be supported with extensive initial training, so that we can help you build the knowledge and skills required to work with confidence.
